Founded in 1919 in Swakopmund, Ludwig Schröder began as a retail business before expanding into travel in 1924, and then into real estate and insurance in 1944.
Today, under the leadership of Anja Schröder, we remain one of the few family-run businesses in Swakopmund that has endured for over a century. Our deep roots in this community give us unmatched insight into the coastal property market.
